Fees

Fast Track

In cases where students wish to complete their course within 3 months of their course start date, we can arrange an assessor to assess your work to help you meet your deadlines for completion. A Fast Track fee of $400 is payable for this service, as we appoint a dedicated assessor for you.

Attending classes on campus (optional)

Online students are welcome to attend timetabled classes on campus in Brisbane. An additional fee of $550 is applicable, if you wish to attend classes.

Enrolling in Individual Units

Students enrolling in individual units instead of a full course, will be required to pay per unit on a pro-rata basis, plus a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $220.

Credit Transfer

In cases where students have completed units of study at another RTO that may lead to a nationally recognised qualification, students may seek a Credit Transfer for the selected units through ACTB. The following fees apply for Credit Transfer requests:

• Credit Transfer Application Fee: $220 (once only)
• Credit Transfer of up to 50% of units towards full qualification: $0 (free of charge)
• Credit Transfer of Additional Units: $295 per unit

For example, if a student is seeking 8 Credit transfers for a Diploma of Project Management course that requires a total of 12 units of competency, they will be required to pay the following fees:

• $220 Application Fee for Credit Transfer
• $0 for first 6 credit transfers (free of charge for credit transfer of up to 50% of full qualification)
• $590 for 2 additional credit transfers (@$295 per unit)
• $1,400 for the remaining 4 Diploma of PM units that would need to be completed (This calculation is based on the advertised Diploma of PM fees of $4,200. The amount will change if the advertised course fee changes.)

Recognition of Prior Learning (“RPL”)

• RPL Administration Fee: $220 (once only)
• RPL for Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma: $295 per unit (must be paid upfront)
• RPL for Graduate Diploma courses: $840 per unit (must be paid upfront)

For certification for a qualification, students will be required to undertake any remaining units of study. The course fees will be reduced on a pro-rata basis (calculated on the total course fees) for any remaining units of study.

For example: If a student is seeking 4 RPLs for a Diploma of Business course that requires a total of 12 units of competency, they will be required to pay the following fees:

• $220 RPL Administration Fee
• $1,180 for 4 RPL units
• $2,663 for the remaining 8 units that would need to be completed (This calculation is based on the advertised course fee of $3,995. The amount will change if the advertised course fee changes).
