Pre-Enrolment Process Accordion

Explore our CRICOS-registered course offerings—from Certificate IV to Advanced Diploma—crafted in consultation with industry experts to equip you with real-world skills.

Found the right course? Complete and submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) or enrolment form via our website. This starts your pre-enrolment process.

To move forward smoothly, please prepare and submit the following:

  • Passport (personal details page)
  • Proof of highest academic qualification(s)
  • English language proficiency certificate (e.g. IELTS, PTE, or equivalent)
  • Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) confirmation
  • Any applicable course-specific documents or prerequisites

We will assess your submission to ensure compliance with student visa requirements, such as:

  • Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement
  • English proficiency
  • Health and OSHC
  • Character (e.g., police clearances, if required)

Once approved, you'll receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), which you will need for your student visa application.

Use the issued CoE to lodge your visa application with the Department of Home Affairs. If dependents are joining you, additional health and financial obligations apply.

Course Delivery & Assessment

All courses are delivered on-site by ACTB trainers and assessors, using practical, industry-relevant learning methods.

Successful completion of all unit assessments results in a nationally recognised qualification; partial completion results in a Statement of Attainment.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) & Credit Transfer

If you have completed relevant training at another RTO or qualified via work experience, you may be eligible for RPL or Credit Transfer—submit your prior Statements of Attainment for assessment.

Ongoing support services, including academic help, career guidance, and welfare assistance, are available to all students.

Complaints, Appeals, and Rights

You have the right to lodge complaints or appeals via our internal procedures, and as per Australian Consumer Law, escalate matters further if needed. Full details are available in our policies and student handbook.
