ACTB is CRICOS registered and welcomes students from all over the world.
Course Delivery & Assessment
All courses are delivered on-site by ACTB trainers and assessors, using practical, industry-relevant learning methods.
Successful completion of all unit assessments results in a nationally recognised qualification; partial completion results in a Statement of Attainment.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) & Credit Transfer
If you have completed relevant training at another RTO or qualified via work experience, you may be eligible for RPL or Credit Transfer—submit your prior Statements of Attainment for assessment.
Orientation & Student Support
A comprehensive orientation will be conducted prior to course commencement to cover study expectations, wellbeing support, and living in Australia.
Ongoing support services, including academic help, career guidance, and welfare assistance, are available to all students.
Complaints, Appeals, and Rights
You have the right to lodge complaints or appeals via our internal procedures, and as per Australian Consumer Law, escalate matters further if needed. Full details are available in our policies and student handbook.
Transfer Between Providers
As per the National Code, international students must remain with their principal course provider for at least six months before seeking a release—unless exceptional circumstances apply.
